You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience and receive a full refund.

• To receive a full refund, you must cancel more than 24 hours before the experience start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• No changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will be accepted.
• Booking cut-off times are based on the experience's time zone.
